My intention for this space is to create a place where fellow therapists can come to refresh, connect with their purpose, explore new ideas, and spark personal challenges. I'll be posting some short yoga practices and mini-breaks you can do right in your office to re-charge, relax, and maybe even laugh between clients. I'll also be sharing about experiences learning and utilizing various therapy approaches, reflections on current issues in psychology, psychotherapy, yoga therapy and more! I hope to find ways to make this an interactive community, where we can discuss, learn from and spark each other's interests.
